I bought a Cub Cadet 782 last year. It will not fire. Turns over well. Put new coil on it, no change. I haven't got a manual for it yet. I know some of these had a troublesome switch or two.
Aug 13, 2011 · Open the engine hood of your Cub Cadet 2135. Locate the battery. This will have two wires coming out of either of its sides. There is a red positive wire and a black positive wire. Ensure that both are connected to either side of the Cub Cadet 2135's battery; otherwise, reconnect them using a socket wrench to tighten them over the battery's bolts.
